Our Team

John K. Lee is a Registered Principal, General Securities Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative who has been advising clients for over 27 years. His first venture into college was to study accounting and he worked as an accountant for a few years, which established a solid foundation for his future career. John has aided hundreds of clients in reaching their financial goals through utilizing his accounting skills and financial services strategies from various industry schools.

Between his accounting and financial planning careers, John earned two degrees in ministerial science and served as senior pastor in churches in Illinois, Indiana and finally in St. Charles, Missouri. After 8 years in ministry in St. Charles he reduced his active leadership ministry to volunteer status and began earning his living in the financial services industry.

John married his high school sweetheart, Linda, and raised 4 children. His family grew to include his children’s mates and 7 beautiful grandchildren. He looks forward to meeting new friends and to continue serving everyone who would like his suggestions for achieving their financial goals.

Jerry is a Registered Financial Consultant. For over two decades, he has provided ethical and professional financial services to his clients. He shares his experience and knowledge to build financial strategies. His use of a team approach creates appropriate income solutions, securities and insurance plans that will fulfill his clients’ financial needs from present through retirement, thereby building a long term partnership.

Jerry has developed a program to assist Veterans and their families in securing Aid and Attendance Benefits to pay for their health care costs. He is also the Director of the Senior Resource Alliance of Greater St Charles. The Alliance is a formal organization of ethical, highly competent and trustworthy individuals who specialize in providing professional services for seniors and their families.

Jerry enlisted and completed a six year commitment in the U.S. Marine Corps reserves. He worked his way through college while raising a family with Debby, his wife of 37 years. He has three grown children and two grandchildren.

Mike is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant who began his insurance career with his father. Together they established Webb Insurance. In 1992 Mike became an agent and member of the Society for Financial Service Professionals. In 2008 he entered into a partnership with Jerry Grossman which resulted in St. Charles Financial Services, LLC. Mike also has vast knowledge in underwriting property and casualty insurance. In his desire to meet his clients many insurance and financial needs, he developed a multi-faceted agency which offers a wide variety of products and services. Mike graduated from the University of MO., Columbia. He is also a member of the General Agency Management Association (GAMA). Mike lives in St. Charles with his wife and daughter.

Ryan is a financial advisor and holds professional designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). After graduating from Saint Louis University, he began his securities career in the home office of Edward Jones specializing in retirement accounts, annuities and insurance. Ryan actively holds licenses for the Series 7, 63, 65 and Life/Health.  He has been helping clients directly since 2008. In order to fully help his clients in all aspects of financial planning, Ryan believes in constantly learning about the financial industry. This helps Ryan to do what he loves the most…finding creative solutions to help with each client’s unique financial situation. Ryan has lived in St. Charles since 2005, and he enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two children.

Heather is a Client Services Associate, with more than 25 years of career experience working in banking and finance. She is well-versed in audit and compliance procedures, and has earned top sales and management accolades. Heather received a degree in Finance from Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo. She lives in Chesterfield with her two children and enjoys traveling and volunteering in her spare time.

Nathan Bush serves as Business Operations Manager for St. Charles Financial Services, LLC and its sister company, Webb Insurance. He has worked as a results-focused senior leader and brings extensive experience increasing revenue and driving performance improvements for diverse organizations over the last 15 years. As a strategic change agent, Nathan has a proven record of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within organizational systems and processes. He is a collaborative executive administrator, leading and organizing teams across marketing, operations, accounting, human resources, forecasting, data analytics, and sales.

Nathan holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. He grew up in Cottleville and is a lifelong resident of the greater St. Charles area. Nathan lives in Lake Saint Louis with his wife and daughter, and the family’s French Bulldog.

Sandy Feldkamp is a ParaPlanner and Client Services Associate, with more than 10 years of career experience working in finance. She holds Series 7, Series 66, Life, and Health Insurance licenses in the state of Missouri. Sandy is also accredited through the College of Financial Planning to work as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). She received her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Sandy decided to pursue a career in finance because of her passion for helping educate others. She is excited to work with the St. Charles Financial Services team who share her drive to excel, educate, and elevate the people they serve.

She lives in the Warrenton area with her family. When Sandy isn’t working, she loves reading and spending time with her family and her dog, Buddy.
